We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. Below is an estimate:

• Standard (UPS Ground Saver/USPS Ground Advantage) : 3–5 business days after the ship date
• Expedited (UPS Ground/USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days after the ship date

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and unaltered with all original labels and tags still attached. No returns are accepted for intimates, ski masks, and accessories.

Please note online purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at our physical stores, and vice versa. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not returnable.
